If your decal arrives damaged for ANY reason, photos must be taken BEFORE installation for a replacement to be sent. both decals must be shown along with the condition of the box. Once a decal has been removed from the backing paper, I will assume it arrived in good condition and you were satisfied to place it on the bike.

ANY modification/change to a graphic MUST be discussed BEFORE ordering (size, additions, subtractions, etc). Cost, time frame and other factors need to be considered. ALL decals will be shipped AS SHOWN/ORDERED if modifications are not quoted beforehand.

*IMPORTANT* Please be aware that the surface MUST be cleaned and free of dust, dirt, scratches, grooves, wax including ceramic coating. Any of these contaminants MAY/may not, inhibit the adhesion of the decal. Alcohol may or may not remove the ceramic coating so please contact the manufacturer regarding removal in the area of placement of the decal.
